"Biken mit Köpfchen" in Cogne is...
"Biking with brains" in Cogne is high alpine terrain paired with MTB technique and mental training in small groups of a maximum of 4 participants per coach.
Through our training as a guide and driving technique trainer, we have the know-how, as well as many playful tools and starting points. With the mental coaches you practice mental techniques that help the bikers to deal with their insecurities, blockages and fears... you have a lot of good company, I can assure you!
With us you get trail fun on tour, always peppered with suitable practice areas for you.

If you still feel like doing more, you can join us for two additional days of guiding after the course with a lot of girl power

BIKE'N'OUTDOOR
This is an experience camp for womens only...
together we will plan our tours, we will improve our bike skills and of course we will be on tour in an amazing mountain landscape, including an overnight stay in a bivouac hut or outside under the sky...
Because all of this, this camp is very unique and you can alive a special experience together with the group. Our focus is not to be under pressure to perform, it's about to learn and improve together and to have fun! Everbody is part of the group and can give a support with his own powerfulness. Like this we can also try a step outside of our own comfort zone to improve our skills and get some new experiences.
With my special education as an outdoor education guide for mountain biking, i can give you a lot of good instructions and be a perfect support for you.

DAY 1 & 2: THE LAKES OF MONT AVIC
Transfer to the Mont Avic park for two days hiking from lake to lake in the beautiful Mont Avic natural park.

DAY 3 & 4: VALLEY OF COGNE
The trek keeps going into the valley of Cogne, where we will get in touch with the traditions of this charming valley and the Gran Paradiso national parc.

DAY 5 - 7: THE GRAN PARADISO
Step by step we will get up in the high mountains terrain.Entering the Valsavaranche valley we will get closer and closer to the stunning summit of Gran Paradiso, finally touching the Madonna at 4061m.
